If your YunExpress result says Package arrived at the carrier facility (YunExpress's Track End), the wording is awkward but the meaning is usually ordinary. It usually means YunExpress has reached the end of the part of the route it shows publicly.

That status does not usually mean the package is lost. It more often means the parcel is waiting for, or has already moved to, the local delivery carrier.

What does "Track End" actually mean?

It usually means one of these:

  • YunExpress finished the export-side leg;
  • the parcel is waiting for destination-country processing;
  • the local carrier has taken over but the next scan is not visible yet;
  • the next useful update will appear under a different carrier number.

The important idea is that the YunExpress view can end before the consumer-facing delivery view begins.

What should I do after I see "Track End"?

Do this in order:

  1. Check whether YunExpress tracking or YunTrack shows a last mile carrier.
  2. Look for a second tracking number.
  3. If the parcel is US-bound, test the code on USPS tracking.
  4. Wait 24 to 72 hours for the next carrier to post its first scan.

Most of the time, the next update appears outside the YunExpress side of the route.

Does "Track End" mean my parcel is already in my country?

Often, but not always. It can appear near the end of the international leg, during the handoff, or around the point where the local carrier becomes the better source of truth.

That is why context matters more than the phrase by itself. Read the event right before Track End. If it mentions customs completion, destination arrival, or transfer to another carrier, the handoff explanation becomes even more likely.

How long can a parcel stay on "Track End"?

Sometimes only a day. Sometimes several business days.

The delay depends on:

  • customs timing;
  • airport or line-haul processing;
  • how quickly the local carrier posts the first scan;
  • weekends and holidays.

If the parcel sits on Track End for more than five business days with no new carrier result, contact the seller and ask whether another tracking number exists.

Is "Track End" the same as delivered?

No. Track End is not a delivery confirmation. It is closer to "this part of the route is done."

If the parcel is truly delivered, the destination carrier usually posts a clear delivery status such as Delivered, Out for delivery, or a location-specific final scan.
