How the delay is calculated
The calculator compares your parcel's expected delivery date with the date of the latest tracking update and classifies the gap into five levels: on time, slight delay, moderate delay, late, and critical. Shipping-time normal ranges hold for most services.
What counts as a delay
A parcel is late when its last scan date is after the promised window with no further movement. Weekend and holiday scans often pause, so a one- or two-day gap may simply be a carrier resting day.
