As for what GLY actually is, here is the honest picture: GLY is a shipping label that marketplaces and sellers use for consolidated economy freight out of China. It is not a carrier with its own delivery network, and public information about who operates it is thin. In practice this changes nothing about how you track or escalate the order. The parcel still moves through the same postal chain as every other economy shipment from China.
What GLY actually is
Orders from Chinese marketplaces rarely ship with a single carrier from door to door. The seller hands the parcel to a consolidator, who bundles thousands of parcels into one export shipment, flies it to your region, and injects it into your local postal service. "GLY" is the name the marketplace shows for one such consolidator arrangement; the underlying physical journey is handled by ordinary logistics operators and national postal services.
The important consequence: nobody named GLY will ever deliver anything to you. The last stretch is always your local carrier.
How to track a GLY shipment

- Europe: 2 to 4 weeks
- South America: 3 to 6 weeks
Total time from order to door is longer, because the export phase before the flight can add days or weeks on its own.
